Job Overview:

Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new two-wheeler dealers and insurance partners
• Build and manage long-term relationships with dealers
• Promote and educate partners about our digital insurance platform
• Drive dealer engagement and meet activation and issuance targets
• Conduct regular field visits to understand dealer needs
• Support operational activities including claims and documentation
• Provide market insights and dealer feedback to improve services

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships quickly.
• Strong sense of ownership and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving market.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented approach.
• Basic understanding of insurance is a plus (training will be provided).
•  Comfortable using MS Office and mobile-based applications.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business/Commerce preferred)
• Freshers are welcome
• Prior insurance or field sales experience is an advantage
