Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, Client covertion, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their needs, coordinating with various internal teams to deliver projects. The Relationship Manager will also identify opportunities for new business and collaborate on proposals and presentations for potential clients.

• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
