Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Kantabanji. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored banking solutions. The role involves assessing and processing loan applications, cross-selling banking products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets. The Relationship Manager will actively engage with clients to enhance loyalty and drive business growth.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer relationship management
• Proficiency in banking services and products including loans, fixed deposits.
• Sales skills for cross-selling banking products and achieving business targets

• Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
