Job Description

  • Role Overview We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Relationship Managers to join our growing team in Hyderabad. As a Relationship Manager working the night shift, you will be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our US-based clients. You will be responsible for fostering strong, long-lasting partnerships, ensuring successful product adoption, and driving client satisfaction and retention. This role requires a unique blend of deep accounting software knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for client success.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, building trust and understanding their business objectives.
  • • Onboarding & Implementation: Lead in the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful transition onto the Nimble platform.
  • • Escalation Handling: Act as the first point of contact for client escalations, taking ownership of issues and coordinating with internal support and technical teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • • Team & Activity Coordination: Seamlessly coordinate with multiple internal teams (e.g., Sales, Technical Support, Product Development) to align on client needs, manage activities, and ensure unified customer experience.
  • • Strategic Advisory: Develop a deep understanding of our clients' accounting and operational challenges to provide strategic guidance on how they can maximize value from the Nimble suite.
  • • Client Retention & Growth: Monitor client health, conduct regular business reviews, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional modules and services. Required Skills & Qualifications
  • • Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in a client-facing role such as Account Management, Implementation Specialist, or a senior Support role.
  • • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience and strong functional knowledge of accounting software and accounting principles is mandatory. Expertise in platforms such as QuickBooks, M3, Oracle NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or other similar ERP/ accounting systems is required.
  • • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for interacting with US clients.
  • • Client & Escalation Management: Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, handling difficult conversations, and resolving complex escalations.
  • • Coordination Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple teams, coordinate cross-functional activities, and manage competing priorities.
  • • Shift Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work a dedicated night shift to align with US business hours. Preferred Qualifications
  • • Direct experience in a formal software onboarding or implementation role is highly preferred.
  • • Experience working in a B2B SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) environment.
  • • Familiarity with the US hospitality or real estate industry is a significant advantage.
