Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience driving sales and building strong relationships with prospective clients.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients, explain the home loan process, and set realistic expectations.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to disbursement, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Achieve monthly budgeted sales targets from designated regions, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with connector and builder networks to drive business growth.
  • Ensure digital leads are converted into sanction and disbursement, providing excellent customer service.
  • Organize and track all potential leads, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Job
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in housing or financial services.
  • Possess strong knowledge of banking and financial services, including broking and direct sales.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • Strong understanding of markets, competition, processes, and products, with the ability to provide feedback to central product and policy teams.
  • Manage internal and external customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations.
