Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Relationship Executive. The Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, assisting with loan processing, providing customer support, and ensuring a smooth loan application process. The individual will also be expected to identify opportunities for improvement in the lending process and address client inquiries promptly and accurately.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Client relationship management and customer support experience
Knowledge of loan processing and financial products
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and familiar with loan management systems
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
