Relationship Executive

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Relationship Manager to oversee tutor recruitment, client interaction, and smooth functioning of our home tutoring program. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to maintain excellent relationships between tutors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and post job advertisements for tutor recruitment across various platforms.
• Conduct telephonic screenings and coordinate tutor interviews.
• Deliver Soft Skills Training sessions to selected tutors to enhance professionalism and teaching quality.
• Maintain positive and long-term relationships with both clients and tutors.
• Conduct on-site client visits to ensure service satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and tutors for queries or conflict resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of tutor profiles, client feedback, and interaction history.

Requirements:

• Strong academic knowledge up to 10th-grade level (capable of assisting tutors with subject-related queries).
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
• Own a bike and laptop for work-related travel and tasks.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Prior experience in client relationship management, HR, or education sector is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Confidence in public speaking and delivering training.
• Problem-solving attitude with customer-first approach.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, Social Media job posting).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
