Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred for senior roles). Proven experience in HR roles (level of experience will vary based on the position: Assistant, Generalist, Manager, Director, etc.). Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in HR software (HRIS, ATS) and payroll systems. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
