Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Associate to join our team at Niva Bupa Health Insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health insurance and excellent relationship-building skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their health insurance needs.
Provide expert advice on health insurance policies and procedures to clients.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the health insurance industry.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in health insurance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of health insurance products and services, including life, general, and medical insurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze data and identify trends.
Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
