As a Consultant in the Accenture Strategy & Consulting practice focusing on Life Sciences & Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a global team of practitioners to help clients make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through innovative medical technologies and strategic collaboration. Your role will involve supporting the delivery of management consulting projects, developing industry expertise, driving strategy and business planning efforts, and contributing to transformative change initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support small to medium-size teams in delivering management consulting projects for global clients - Assist in strategy development, implementation, process design, and change management for specific modules - Collaborate with the global sales team to identify and pursue potential opportunities within the Life Sciences practice - Provide industry expertise in various sub-segments of the Life Sciences industry - Develop assets, methodologies, research, and white papers for team and community use - Participate in proposals, business development efforts, and consensus-driven deliverables - Execute transformational change plans aligned with clients' business strategies - Engage stakeholders in the change journey and build commitment for change **Qualifications Required:** - Industry expertise with a global top pharmaceutical, medical devices, or biotechnology firm - Familiarity with business consulting tools such as issue trees, implementation frameworks, and business process mapping - Functional and domain knowledge with relevant experience in the Life Sciences industry - Ability to work with multi-functional teams and stakeholders - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills - Program management skills and aptitude for quick learning In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to work on transformative projects with key G2000 clients, collaborate with industry experts, and shape innovative solutions leveraging emerging technologies.
