Job Description

We are hiring for Senior Analyst/Associate Process Manager (1-4.5 years) professionals who have relevant experience into Trade transaction and Regulatory Reporting.

** Experience in any of the following MiFiD/ SFTR/ EMIR/ DTCC/ Basel/ UnaVista/ Regis-TR would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities-

Stakeholder management across Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Change Management and Technology
Regulatory Reporting BAU processes including daily submissions, exception management, static data management and MI (Management Information)/Statistics/Steerco management, primarily focused on EMIR and SFTR, however awareness of additional regulations is desirable (MiFID 2, DMO Reporting, Commodities Position Reporting, Best Ex, Instrument Reporting, Trade Reporting and REMIT)
Performing comprehensive reconciliation between source systems and trade repositories to ensure data completeness and accuracy for counterparties where we have delegated the reporting to them. Investigating any breaks with either Counterparty or desk.
Source system completeness reconciliation to trade repositories.
Analyse pairing and matching breaks using provided tools, coordinating with counterparties and internal technical teams to resolve discrepancies.
Address ad-hoc internal and external queries by evaluating the underlying issues and providing precise, timely resolutions in accordance with organizational standards.
Develop and maintain procedures and actively participate in training and mentoring team members.
Be an active member of the Trade & Transaction Reporting Committee/Working Group, designed to track the remediation of current risks and issues, understand upcoming regulation, and adapt the operating model as required.
