Read on … About the rol e: This role shall be the L&D Specialist for Licious’ and will be based out of Mumbai and handle the West cluster for offline stores. The key stakeholders for the role shall be members in Operations, Supply Chain, HR teams spread across the PC and offline stores. The position contributes to the organization’s success by building people capability and setting them up for success and growth at Licious - Offline Work towards planning and executing long term/short term training strategies for the Offline store Licians and enabling associated processes/programs to support the sa me. What makes the role mea ty? Work closely with HR and the offline team to identify training needs for Offline Lic ians.Ensuring initial training completion of all the new Lic ians.Providing hands on training to new joiners and coordinating the capability-building program through Buddy Trainers pr ogramBuilding Buddy Trainers capability through classroom sessions, on-floor coaching, and role playsImproving and creating (where necessary) training material and tools to meet the Ops training needsConducting and facilitating classroom training for identified employees for internal development, including technical and soft s killsMeasuring training effectiveness through assessments and feedback and improving the same through continuous improvement pr ogramDevelop and execute employee engagement activities in partnership with HR fun ctionMaintaining training records and reporting progress to relevant stakeholders at regular inte rvalsAssessing training capabilities and systems every quarter for assigned departm ents.Rolling out new products/initiatives training directly or through Buddy Trainers, as nece ssaryAssisting in the execution of testing progra mmes.Travel across the allocated cluster and ensure all the shifts in charge, store in charge and MT (meat technicians) go through the onboarding, induction and refresher training as and when requ ired.Work on LMS management for the offline Lic ians.Ensure all the LTO and skill checks are done as per the SOP.Assist in the opening of the new st ores. We hope that you.. ● Have 3-5 year of experience in Operations, Tr aining.● Any bachelor’s or master’s degree● Have ability to understand operations and training requirements and to be able to identify and improve important metrices (cost, turnaround times)● Have Excellent Communication, Classroom Facilitation and Presentation skills● Are good at Interpersonal & Relationship Management skills● Should be a great Coach and Mentor for the Field employees and supe rvisors● Are good at Internal and External Networking Skills● Are good at MS-Office skills, content creation and stakeholder engagement and management skills Show more Show less
