Job Description

Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of employees within assigned regions. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in person and virtually. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance reviews. Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training needs and objectives. Create training materials, manuals, and other resources. Travel to various locations within the region to deliver training sessions. Monitor and report on training program outcomes and effectiveness.
