What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Training Delivery:

  Conduct engaging training sessions for hotel staff on topics provided by the central team, utilizing PowerPoint Presentations and Videos.

• Utilize your

  Train the Trainer (TTT) certification

  and prior hotel experience to deliver effective sessions.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the central team to ensure training alignment and provide crucial feedback on training material effectiveness.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience:

  Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hotel industry.

• Education:

  Graduation from a Hotel Management school or College.

• Certification:

  Must be

  Train the Trainer (TTT) certified

  .

• Soft Skills:

  A proactive approach, enthusiasm for training, and good command of the local language.
