Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and technically proficient Regional Technical Sales Manager to lead client engagement, solution design, and sales closure for our ELV (Extra Low Voltage) solutions portfolio, including CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Gate Automation, Wi-Fi, and related systems. This role combines strong technical expertise with business acumen to drive revenue, build client trust, and expand our regional presence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Solutioning

  • Meet prospective and existing clients to understand their security, automation, and ELV requirements.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, solution designs, BOQs, and cost estimates tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to design accurate solutions.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor during pre-sales and post-sales discussions.

Sales Funnel & Revenue Growth

  • Build, manage, and expand a robust sales funnel across the assigned region.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, consultants, and strategic partnerships.
  • Cross-sell and upsell ELV solutions to existing clients to maximize revenue.

Market & Strategy

  • Conduct competitor analysis, gather market intelligence, and suggest strategies to improve market share.
  • Identify new verticals, emerging technologies, and potential partnerships for business expansion.
  • Provide recommendations for pricing strategy and commercial negotiations.

Team & Cross-functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams for smooth project handover post-sales.
  • Support the service team in resolving client escalations related to sold solutions.
  • Train and guide junior sales executives or channel partners on ELV solution selling.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, HNIs, architects, consultants, and builders.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business through proactive engagement.
  • Organize client presentations, demos, and product workshops.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipelines in CRM.
  • Submit detailed weekly/monthly sales reports, revenue forecasts, and market updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and ethical business practices.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA Systems, Wi-Fi Mesh, Gate Automation, etc.).
  • Excellent consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate and close high-value B2B deals.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong accountability and ownership of targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
