- Handle service-related activities in the region.
- Each organization shall establish the appropriate authority, and interrelation of all personnel who manage, perform, and assess work affecting quality, and provide the independence and authority necessary to perform these tasks.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Communicate with Team Members on daily basis regarding their requirements.
- Discussion on Service calls with FSE/SP on case-to-case basis Monitoring Coordination with logistic Team for Spare Part Movement
- Coordination with back-office Team for fulfilling FSE / SP's requirement.
- Discussion with SD, ZSH & PTS on critical Issues (on case-to-case basis)
- Contract & Payment follow up with FSE, SP & Customers
- To Attend Negotiation Meeting with customer
- Customer visit within region to address customer Queries & Contract /Spare Parts Negotiation
- To Arrange FSE / SP with sales Team for presale discussion /Site Inspection
- To Arrange FSE / SP for Project work as & when required
- To Arrange FSE /SP to warehouse for removing spare parts from demo unit to fulfill customer's urgency (in case spare parts is not available in stock) / to replace parts in ship hold Equipment.

- FSEs Expense & Attendance Approval
- Forwarding Sales Lead to the sales Team
- Surprise visit on Field to check whether FSEs are using appropriate Safety gears while working on Equipment.
- FSE/SP Review on following Parameter on Monthly basis:
1) Contract Penetration
2) Outstanding Collection
3) PM Completion Status
4) FSCA Completion Status
5) Recertification Status
6) Tools Calibration Status
7) Consumable Promotion
8) Customer Feedback Collection Status
9) Returnable Warehouse Clearance
10) Credit Note Status
11) Service Call Logging
12) Correct Logging of Working / Admin hrs in Oxando
13) Availability of safety gears with FSE
- Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate with relevant technical background
- Preferred diploma or Degree in any engineering stream
- Minimum 7 years of work experience on medical equipment
- Knowledge of MS Office
