About the Role:

Role & responsibilities

Manage day-to-day service operations for the assigned region, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service engineers and technicians.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, handling escalations and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Monitor service quality and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and meet business objectives.
Oversee inventory levels for spare parts and manage logistics for timely service delivery.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align service strategies with company goals.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:
10+ years in service management within the genset or heavy equipment industry.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of genset systems, excellent leadership, and superior communication and problem-solving skills.
