Job Description

Role Overview: As a Regional Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for B2B Sales professionals in various locations within a specified region. Your primary goal is to ensure that employees have the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to effectively carry out their roles in alignment with the organization's objectives and standards. You will report directly to the Training Manager and work closely with sales managers to identify performance gaps and training requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and conduct engaging training sessions for new and existing sales team members, covering areas such as onboarding, sales techniques, product knowledge, and SFA. - Create customized training content tailored to specific business needs and deliver workshops, role-playing exercises, and presentations to reinforce learning. - Provide observation and feedback during On-the-Job Training (OJT) to identify bottom performers and enhance their performance. - Implement Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training, and conduct regular assessments to identify team strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. - Create various training materials including manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules. - Act as a resource for team members seeking guidance on sales strategies or overcoming challenges. - Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, sales metrics, and employee performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience as a regional trainer or in a similar corporate training role. - Experience in the FMCG, Pharma, or Telecom industries would be advantageous. - Strong observational skills and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms. Please note that this position may require travel for 15-18 days and operates from Monday to Saturday.,
