Regional Sales Officer

Key responsibilities

• Sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement regional sales plans to meet or exceed volume and profit targets.
• Team management: Lead, mentor, and manage a regional sales team, including performance reviews and coaching.
• Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including distributors, contractors, and project managers.
• Negotiation and sales: Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and securing long-term business.
• Market analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Reporting and forecasting: Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Required qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in the steel industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
• Understanding of steel products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
