As a highly motivated and experienced sales professional, you will be responsible for developing client relationships and driving sales revenue in industries such as Inks, Paints, Coating, Construction chemicals, and Raw Materials. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Being self-driven and able to engage in technical discussions with customers - Developing and maintaining client relationships through excellent communication and customer service skills - Demonstrating a proven track record in sales, particularly in the specified industries - Exhibiting excellent organizational and time management skills - Acting as a confident negotiator and possessing the ability to close business deals at high levels - Delivering against personal sales revenue objectives - Representing the company at the highest level to customers - Identifying market opportunities for developing new products and analyzing market potentials To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree - 12-15 years of proven sales and business development experience in specialty chemicals - Preference for candidates with a technical sales background - Industry experience in Inks, Paints, Coating, Construction chemicals, and Raw Materials This position offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales operations and business planning to drive growth and success in a dynamic environment.
