About the Role

hands-on Regional Sales Manager

This is a field-oriented leadership role with ownership of distribution expansion, sales execution, and profitable growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive

  primary and secondary sales growth

  across General Trade
• Expand and strengthen the

  distributor network

  across markets
• Improve numeric and weighted distribution, coverage, and visibility
• Lead and develop

  ASM / SO field teams

  with strong execution discipline
• Manage

  trade spends, schemes, and distributor ROI

• Track market performance, competition, and execution KPIs
• Ensure alignment with business plans and monthly targets

Who We’re Looking For

• 12–18 years of FMCG sales experience with

  strong GT exposure

• Mandatory experience handling

  Delhi NCR, and Rajasthan Markets.

• Proven distributor management and expansion experience
• Strong understanding of trade economics and execution
• Comfortable spending significant time in market
• Graduate / MBA preferred
