Regional Manager – Sales


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve

    monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

    for Kerala
  • Lead and manage

    Business Development Managers & Officers

  • Prepare Excel-based MIS, sales reports, and forecasts

  • Plan and execute regional sales strategies

  • Conduct pre-appointment visits with architects

    and build strong professional relationships
  • Develop architect, builder, and developer networks
  • Track pipeline, conversions, and project closures
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Candidate Profile:

  • 7–10 years of sales experience

    , including

    3–5 years in a leadership role

  • Experience in system windows / aluminium / uPVC / building materials / project sales

    preferred
  • Strong

    MS Excel and data analysis skills

  • Proven experience in architect-driven sales

  • Willing to travel across Kerala
