Role Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager (Fieldwork), you will lead Zoomies retail growth in your region. You will drive sales, manage distributors, onboard stores, and ensure strong brand visibility across the pet retail ecosystem. This is a field-focused role that requires energy, ownership, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned region
• Visit pet stores, groomers, and veterinary clinics to build and strengthen relationships
• Appoint and manage distributors, ensuring smooth operations and supply
• Lead and support the field team to ensure coverage, execution, and growth
• Maintain proper merchandising, visibility, and stock availability in stores
• Collect and report market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Execute on-ground promotions, sampling, and local marketing campaigns
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates

Requirements

• Relevant sales experience in the pet industry (pet food, accessories, grooming, or vet channel)
• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Comfort with extensive fieldwork and city-wide travel
• Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented
• Passion for pets and an understanding of the pet ecosystem
