Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead the regional sales strategy and execution
  • Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve volume, value, and market share targets.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Territory Sales In-charges (TSIs), and Sales Officers (SOs).
  • Expand and strengthen the general trade distribution network while improving market penetration.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities; recommend strategic actions.
  • Arrange Daily & Weekly sales reports and analysis and discuss the output and improvement plan with management.
  • Ensure effective distributor management, including ROI analysis, claim management, and compliance.
  • Monitor trade spends and control costs within budgetary limits.
  • Identify and develop emerging markets within the territory.
