Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager for Refinance/Used Commercial Vehicle Finance based in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for leading the sales team of the region. Your primary objective will be to ensure the achievement of sales targets in terms of revenues, volumes, product mix, thereby playing a crucial role in the overall success of the Vertical & Organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing a business plan in collaboration with the team and channels, followed by regular monitoring and review for adherence to the plans. - Achieving budgeted volumes and market shares through consistent management, review, and interventions. - Performance management of dealers by implementing business and activity planning, conducting regular reviews, and necessary interventions. - Evaluating channel performance, providing guidance on improvements, planning for expansion, and taking corrective actions for underperforming areas. - Keeping updated on competitor activities in the region and advising the team on necessary counter actions. - Analyzing and finalizing strategic schemes for the region, undertaking annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts, and ensuring accurate vehicle indenting as per timelines. - Overseeing the Governance calendar for the region both internally and externally with the channel, reviewing regional expenses, and suggesting improvements. - Giving special attention to the launch of new products and ensuring their success in the region. - Managing the sales team effectively to maximize revenue, exceed targets, and provide guidance on strategies through regular meetings and specific plans for long and short-term growth. - Demonstrating excellent leadership skills to motivate sales teams, mentor them to reach their targets, and foster a collaborative work environment. - Utilizing organizational skills for budgeting, forecasting, planning, and conducting training sessions. - Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with team members, senior management, clients, and resolve conflicts when necessary. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the Used/Refinance Sales -Vehicle Finance Business.,
