Role & responsibilities

Responsible for
Sales, Service, Regional Operations, Resourcing, and Profitability
.
Achieve
regional sales targets
and drive business growth.
Build and maintain relationships with
partner banks
to leverage synergies.
Manage
Key Accounts
, meet customers, and present business solutions.
Develop and deliver
sales presentations, proposals, and value propositions

Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing
regional sales team
.
Ensure disciplined operations, team productivity, and market penetration.
Identify and drive
new business opportunities

Extensive travel within the region to support sales and client engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

Mandatory
: 7-8+ years of experience in
Merchant Acquiring

and capability to build long-term client relationships.
Proven experience in managing
