Job Description

As a Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and expanding the distribution network within the assigned region for our company's products. Your main responsibilities will include appointing C&F agents, super stockists, and ensuring the efficient appointment of distributors to achieve sales targets and market expansion. - Identify, evaluate, and appoint reliable C&F agents and super stockists across strategic locations within the region. - Negotiate terms, conditions, and agreements in line with company policies and objectives. - Develop a strategic plan for the region's distribution network expansion. - Lead and collaborate with the sales team to ensure the efficient appointment of distributors in the region. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market penetration within the region. - Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to achieve set objectives. - Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure effective collaboration in distributor appointment and network expansion. - Provide training, guidance, and support to enhance team performance. - Conduct market research to identify opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and consumer preferences within the region. - Analyze market trends to capitalize on sales opportunities and expand the company's presence. - Foster strong relationships with C&F agents, super stockists, distributors, and key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and long-term partnerships. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, distributor performance, market trends, and sales projections. - Prepare regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar role in the FMCG industry. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills. - Ability to strategize, execute plans, and achieve sales objectives. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
