Secunderabad Link Copied The position is based in Hyderabad. The candidate MUST have detailed knowledge of Hyderabad, Telangana and AP markets and worked here for minimum 5 years. The ideal candidate will generate and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team. Responsibilities: Responsible to build team completely-recruit, hire & mentor Responsible for profit and loss of allocated area Drive sales team to generate and meet leads Track and report all sales activities with total visibility Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis Will be responsible for achieving sales target and market expansion Find company strengths and weaknesses Developing and implementing sales procedures and policies Creating presentations for corporate executives Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board Assist sales team to secure new leads and convert these leads into sales Create processes and quality customer service standards in order to improve customer experience Should have good contacts to Architects, Interior Designers & Builders Through knowledge of Hyderabad, Telengana and A. P. Market to strengthen our foothold to start with Requisite Skills: In depth knowledge of managing a high performance sales team Basic computer knowledge of MS Office ( Word/Excel/Outlook) Should have building products/materials industry knowledge. Excellent presentation and leadership skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills Analytical and data driven problem solver Strong written and oral communication skills Create innovative sales ideas Extensive understanding of sales pipelines, processes and functions. Ability to lead, motivate and supervise a team Desired/Advanced Skills: Strong IT skills Experience in marketing/advertising Technical experience of working in a given filed Education: Minimum Qualification B.com/similar degree Relevant Experience: Minimum 8 years experience in building materials industry Previous working experience as a Regional Sales Manager would be preferable Having exposure in the manufacturing industry Experience 8 - 10 Years Salary 7 Lac To 8 Lac P.A.
