Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Regional Sales Manager based in Bangalore. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth within the assigned region. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves market analysis, collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs, and achieving sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industries
  • Strong skills in market analysis, sales strategy development, and lead generation
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in understanding technical product requirements and presenting customized solutions tailored to client needs
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and effectively manage time while performing in a target-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge of international markets and experience with regional or global sales is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
