* Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the creation and execution of production schedules. 2. Maintain accurate data entry and updates in the ERP system. 3. Develop and manage Excel-based reports for production tracking, capacity planning, and inventory analysis. 4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth interdepartmental processes and timely job completions. 5. Monitor inventory levels to ensure material availability and prevent shortages. 6. Assist in root cause analysis for delays. 7. Prepare clear, professional PowerPoint presentations for production and planning reviews. 8. Contribute to process improvement initiatives. * Required Skills: 1. Advanced Excel skills 2. Proficient in PowerPoint for professional presentations and reporting. 3. Familiar with ERP systems 4.
