Regional Sales Manager

As an experienced professional in B2B jewelry sales within the jewellery industry, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales activities across Hyderabad or Bangalore. Your primary focus will be on client acquisition and maintaining strong relationships with jewelry retailers and wholesalers. You will be promoting and selling a variety of products including gold jewelry, Polki, and South Temple jewelry to targeted clients, ensuring that monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs are met. It is essential to stay updated with market trends and competitor activities within the South Indian jewelry market. Regular coordination with the Jaipur head office for inventory, production, and logistics will be required to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, conducting client visits and participating in trade shows when necessary is part of the role. Providing feedback and reports on customer preferences and market insights is also a key aspect of this position. The ideal candidate should possess 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in B2B jewelry sales, with a strong emphasis on gold, South Temple jewelry, and Polki. Having established client relationships within the jewelry sector is crucial, along with fluency in the local language and proficiency in Hindi and English. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and manage regional operations effectively.
