Regional Sales Manager

Qualifications * At least 8+ years of successful sales experience in the IT infrastructure- hardware / software/. services or complex IT solutions in a IT Services Company * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and margin * Strong leadership and team management skills. * In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions, Cyber Security Solutions, Software Solutions * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Proficiency in CRM and sales forecasting tools. * Must have an excellent relations at CIO/CTO/GM IT level as well with the OEMs Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Pre-Sales, Procurement, marketing, product management, engineering) to develop effective sales strategies. * Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports. * Manage sales expenses and optimize the sales budge System Integration industry experience is preferred. Preferred Qualifications * MBA / Bachelor's degree in business, with engineering, or related field. * Experience in managing a sales team in the IT Services Company Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 17/06/2025
