Creative Designer

As a WordPress Creative Designer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining visually engaging websites using WordPress, specifically with Elementor or WPBakery. Your key responsibilities will include creating pixel-perfect UI/UX enhancements through HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as developing stunning graphics and brand visuals for various digital platforms such as social media, digital ads, presentations, and internal marketing needs. You will also be tasked with conceptualizing and designing high-impact creatives that align with the brand identity and messaging, and editing short-form videos for social media and paid campaigns. Collaboration with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into visually compelling experiences will also be an essential part of your role. In terms of required skills, you should have expert-level proficiency in WordPress and major page builders like Elementor or WPBakery, along with strong experience in WooCommerce and plugin configuration. Your comfort with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end customizations, as well as your understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, and basic SEO best practices, will be crucial for this position. Furthermore, your graphic design skills should include exceptional proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, with a proven ability to design creatives that are both aesthetically appealing and high-converting. Experience in designing for various digital formats, from social posts to banner ads to pitch decks, along with a strong grasp of typography, layout, and brand consistency, will be highly valuable. Familiarity with tools like Figma or similar software is considered a plus. Additionally, your video editing skills should encompass proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut, enabling you to craft visually appealing short-form videos with smooth transitions, effects, and motion graphics.
