Job Description

In this role as Regional Sales Manager at Navars Spacetech based in Chennai, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts in the region. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, targeting, and generating new potential B2B clients (Educational Institutions) to promote and sell our products and services. - Travelling within the deputed city and at times outside the territory to drive sales and business expansion. - Demonstrating and giving presentations to school authorities to make them aware of the benefits and features of our products and services. - Encouraging clients to explore our range of products and services that complement their needs. - Developing and maintaining strong rapport and building relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups. - Identifying all developments in the assigned territory and creating an effective pipeline for customers. - Negotiating contracts, securing deals, and achieving sales targets. - Coordinating effectively, reviewing, and taking continuous follow-ups for sales strategies, events, campaigns, and promotional activities. - Providing continuous and efficient client/customer support to address and solve client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Keeping track of all associations, meetings, conferences, and other promotional activities. - Filing all mandatory sales records as per the filling and documentation procedure. - Identifying product improvements or new products to remain updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Qualifications Required: - Education- Any Graduation, Post-Graduation (preferred Sales and Marketing) - Experience- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Core Educational Field Sales (B2B) - Knowledge of Educational Institutions and its working cycle - Proficient communication, presentation, and rapport-building skills - Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities - Proven track record of success in B2B Sales or Account Management in the education industry (territory management) As part of your attitude and perks: - You should be adaptive to challenging environments and dynamic work conditions. - You will receive travel reimbursement for work purposes. - You will have networking opportunities across prominent and renowned schools in your territory. - You must be proactive, time, and travel flexible as per the school cycle (3-6 daily client visits or more). - You should be an individual contributor as well as a team player. - You will be eligible for attractive performance-based incentives. This is a full-time job with a CTC ranging from 8 LPA to 12 LPA.,
