Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • This incumbent will be responsible for driving Institutional Sales & BD plan across the Region. Product specification and aggressively reach out to customers.
  • Responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets of specific region.
  • Building trust & confidence with customers & influencers including (Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Facade consultants, Contractors etc.).
  • Handling Key accounts in all major verticals in B2B i.e. Hospitality, Healthcare, Institutions (private & public), Corporates & Developers.
  • Excellent/Benchmark customer service in the industry.
  • Regular updating leads and follow ups on CRM and ensure timely report for all weekly/monthly reviews.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 10 to 17 years of experience in B2B Market (Corporate, Institution & Project sales) sensing & mapping from Building material industry only.
  • Graduate/ MBA (preferred)
  • Candidate should be handling corporate & project sales.
  • Very good communication & Networking Skills. Comfortable with traveling.
  • Must have team handling exp.
