Regional Sales Manager

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager for Healthcare (F&B) customers in Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Western India, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. You will also focus on customer acquisition, relationship management, marketing campaigns, market intelligence, cross-functional collaboration, reporting, and forecasting. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Healthcare (F&B) customers across Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Western India. - Identify, approach, and onboard new healthcare customers in the assigned regions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships. - Drive marketing campaigns, product promotions, and enhance brand visibility in the healthcare segment. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to adapt strategies proactively. - Work closely with internal teams (Design, Production, Service) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. - Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Engineering. - MBA in Marketing preferred. - 10-15 years of experience in Healthcare Engineering / Pharma Equipment Industry with a strong background in sales and marketing. - Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage large territories effectively. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Strong understanding of pharma manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance. - Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.,
