Job Description

Role Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager at Yanolja Cloud Solution Pvt. Ltd. (YCS), formerly eZee Technosys, you will be responsible for spearheading the company's expansion and driving revenue growth in the Mexican market. This dynamic role requires you to work the night shift aligned with Mexico/US time zones, focusing on building strong client relationships and implementing business expansion strategies within the region. Key Responsibilities: - Lead sales efforts in coordination with the Mexico & India sales teams to achieve the Go-To-Market (GTM) target. - Maintain a strong grip on HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate tracking, facilitate deal closures, and support the team in meeting daily Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for calling, meetings, and sales. - Ensure the GTM target for Mexico is successfully met. - Demonstrate an innovative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking capabilities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate closely with the Research & Development (R&D) team to share client/prospect feedback, suggest feature enhancements, and contribute to product evolution. - Assist in devising and executing GTM strategies specifically for the Mexico region. - Support lead generation activities in partnership with the marketing team. - Address sales team challenges effectively, acting as a problem solver and facilitator. - Coordinate with the Support team for escalations, client retention, issue resolution, and ensuring smooth billing operations. - Proactively engage with customers to strengthen relationships and boost retention efforts. - Partner with the Marketing team to arrange webinars, exhibitions, and other client engagement events. Qualification Required: - Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred. - Familiarity with the Mexico and USA markets, with prior international exposure, is advantageous. - Possession of a valid US visa is beneficial. Additional Details: YCS, with over 450 team members and 20 years of experience, serves 33,000+ customers in 170+ countries with support in 50+ languages.
