About the Role: We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to handle sales and business development for our lubrication systems in the West Region. The role involves identifying new customers, maintaining good relationships with existing clients, and working with our technical team to provide the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Visit customers regularly to understand their needs.

• Lead and manage a regional sales team.

• Guide the team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.

• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and solutions.

• Meet regional sales and revenue goals.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Requirements:

• Graduate / B.E / MBA

• 10 to 25 years of experience in sales of lubrication systems or similar industrial products.

• Experience in EPC projects is a plus.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Willing to travel across the West Region.
