Job Description

Job Title:

  • Drive primary & secondary sales

    to achieve targets.

  • Launch new products,

    and

    open new markets

    in the territory.

  • Ensure

    product availability, shelf placement, and

    visual merchandising

    at outlets.

Build & maintain relationships

  • Ensure product availability, visibility,

    and

    merchandising standards.

  • Execute trade schemes, sampling,

    and

    promotional activities.

  • Monitor distributor performance,

    stock levels, and collections.

  • Conduct market visits

    to track competition and gather market intelligence.

  • Coordinate with internal teams

    for smooth operations and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA/Graduate in any stream

  • Proven experience of 12+ years in sales, business development, or a similar role in liquor/alcoholic beverages Industry.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
