Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing B2B sales & marketing activities, achieving yearly goals and planning for medium to long term business plan and objectives in line with the yearly budget.
Identify potential clients and decision-makers, initiate contact, and convert leads into new business opportunities.
Establishing, installing, and managing different key processes such as sales forecast management, product development, marketing plan, managing channel partners and new products business development
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and closure of deals ensuring profitability and long-term value.
Price determination and negotiation
Travelling and meeting people for effective implementation of business assignments/plan
Business development, collecting market information from customers, dealers, distributors, export import data, knowledge sharing
Developing marketing and sales strategy, products pricing negotiation, preparing business contracts and agreements for business and alliances
Establishing and enforcing QA compliance, quality systems and management, coordination with customers QA teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

B. Tech /M.Sc. Chem/MBA
Proven experience (typically 7-10 years) in sales, business development, or a similar role in speciality Chemicals.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
