Role & responsibilities

  • Manage sales performance of assigned region to achieve targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance on general trade, leadership, problem solving, and sales training.
  • Conduct regular forecasting and analysis to optimize sales strategy and improve results.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in FMCG industry with a focus on regional sales management.
  • Proven track record of achieving target achievement through effective planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy, sales planning, sales forecasting, sales training, leadership, problem solving.
