Position Overview

Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across North India.
• Strengthen and expand the network of distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the

  industrial, infrastructure, and project segments

  .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and OEMs.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to ensure competitive positioning.
• Coordinate closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor the regional sales team to achieve performance goals and professional growth.
• Provide periodic sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to the National Sales Head.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; MBA in Marketing preferred.
• 8–15 years of experience in sales within the

  Cables & Wires

  or related electrical products industry.
• Proven experience in managing regional markets, especially in North India.
• Strong network with dealers, distributors, EPCs, and institutional clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the North region.
