Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai in India. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in the assigned region, build and maintain relationships with clients, manage a team of sales professionals, and develop strategies to achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, setting sales goals, delivering sales presentations, analyzing market trends, tracking performance, and providing actionable insights to optimize results. Appointing & Onboarding new distributors in your given territory, & Responsible for account receivables. Additionally will be responsible for opening new territories and for expansion.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, including developing strategies and managing client relationships
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Analytical skills for market research and performance tracking
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry or FMCG sector is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is beneficial
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
  • 10+ experience in the similar field, Pharma or Nutraceutical.
