Lumenza (RR Trading Company) is a fast-growing brand focused on delivering premium home-solution products for smooth and modern living. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our operations across Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan.

⭐ Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales/operations teams across MP, CG, and Rajasthan.
• Achieve regional sales targets and ensure consistent performance.
• Develop and implement business strategies to grow market share.
• Monitor daily/weekly reporting, field activities, and team productivity.
• Conduct training, motivate team members, and drive performance reviews.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key clients.
• Ensure proper execution of company policies and on-ground processes.
• Handle escalations, resolve regional issues, and coordinate with the head office.

⭐ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in team handling, sales leadership, or regional operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multi-state operations and travel frequently.
• Experience in a similar industry (preferred but not mandatory).
• Self-driven, target-focused, and team-oriented professional.
