As we expand our presence across India, we are looking for a sales driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead our regional business operations and accelerate growth in this key market. Position Overview The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing dealer and distributor networks, and developing strong relationships with contractors, project owners and institutional clients. The role demands a seasoned sales leader who understands the cables and wires market, with a proven ability to deliver results and manage a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across North India. Strengthen and expand the network of distributors, dealers, and channel partners. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial, infrastructure, and project segments . Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and OEMs. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to ensure competitive positioning. Coordinate closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage and mentor the regional sales team to achieve performance goals and professional growth. Provide periodic sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to the National Sales Head. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; MBA in Marketing preferred. 8–15 years of experience in sales within the Cables & Wires or related electrical products industry. Proven experience in managing regional markets, especially in North India. Strong network with dealers, distributors, EPCs, and institutional clients.
