Role Description
📍 Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office, 5 Days a Week)
🕒 Experience: 1–3 years in handling D2C or eCommerce brand support
🎯 What you’ll do:
1. Be the first point of contact for all customer queries across website, WhatsApp & social channels
2. Resolve order issues, delivery concerns, and product queries with empathy and speed
3. Work closely with the operations & tech team to ensure customer delight
4. Proactively reduce churn and boost retention through thoughtful communication
5. Maintain high CSAT & TAT metrics
💡 What we’re looking for:
1. Strong written and verbal communication
2. Experience in tools like Freshdesk, Bitespeed, & BOB
