Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Dhanbad. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, ensuring targets are met, and building strong relationships with clients. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and providing regular sales reports to senior management. The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales Management and Team Leadership
Strong understanding of market research and industry trends
Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
