Position:

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Dental Care will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing regional sales operations, and leading the field force to achieve business objectives within the assigned territory. The role requires strong leadership, market understanding, and effective execution of sales strategies in the dental care segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales targets and business growth objectives for the Dental Care division
  
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Medical Representatives (MRs)
  
• Plan and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback in the dental segment
  
• Ensure effective coverage, call productivity, and quality detailing to dentists and institutions
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key dentists, distributors, and stockists
  
• Conduct regular field visits, joint working, and performance reviews
  
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines
  
• Coordinate with marketing, training, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution
  
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management
  

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any discipline
  

Experience

• 6-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
  
• At least 2 years of experience as an Regional Sales Manager or similar role
  
• Experience in Dental will be preferred
  

Age Criteria

• Below 40 years
