  • Job Summary: The primary purpose is to drive the business in B2B and B2C market through process-oriented approach.

  • Key Responsibilities:

- Achieving the sales figures for the branch

- Ensure professional and process-oriented approach by sales team.

- Building relationship with customers for achieving desired results.

- Identifying customers and generating business through these customers.

- Regular visits to customers along with the team and in individual capacity.

- Establish existing and new products with the customers.

- Regular address of customer issues for good and long-term business association.

- Regular feedback and interaction with reporting manager to address issues if any.

  • Required Qualifications: Engineering Graduate / graduate
  • Experience: 8-10 years of total experience. 3 to 4 years in managing the team.

    Experience in handling project and retail customers. Appointment and handling of Channel partners.
  • Skills and Competencies: Customer handling and relationship building skills, IT skills etc.
  • Compensation and Benefits: As per company policy. - shared separately
