Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Regional Sales Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead our sales team in the medical devices and equipment industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, customer relationship building, and market analysis.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet their targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the medical devices or equipment industry.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing and developing a sales team.
Background in specific specialties such as Oncology, Nephrology, Surgery, or other relevant areas; exceptional candidates in other specialties will also be considered.
